Thank you for shopping with Rich Highlander LLC. All apparel and accessories are printed, packed, and shipped using TapStitch Fulfillment, ensuring high-quality production and reliable delivery. Please review our shipping expectations below.
1. Order Processing & Production
Because each item is made-to-order through TapStitch:

Production time: 2–5 business days
(During new drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, this may extend to 7–10 business days.) - Orders enter production shortly after payment is confirmed.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order begins production.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
After production is complete, TapStitch handles the shipment.
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Tracking is provided via email once the order ships.
International
- Standard International: 7–21 business days
- Customs delays may extend delivery times.
Note: Shipping time = production time + carrier delivery time.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates from TapStitch Fulfillment.
- Free shipping (if offered) applies to the shipping portion only, not production time.
4. Tracking Information
- You will automatically receive a tracking number once TapStitch ships your order.
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
TapStitch provides quality packaging, but if an issue occurs:
- If your package shows as delivered but not received, please first check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier.
- If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will submit a claim with TapStitch and send a replacement if eligible.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
6. Incorrect Address or Order Changes
Because orders begin production quickly:
- Address updates must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
- If production has already started, changes cannot be made.
7. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For international orders:
- Customs fees, taxes, or VAT are not included in your purchase price.
- These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Because items are printed-to-order through TapStitch:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or buyer’s remorse.
- Replacements are only issued for defective or damaged products.
